WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE OR IS OPENED?  

Our store policy, UltraZilis is not responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the postal service and marked as delivered. Because we have verified that the item left our hands and arrived at your location, we are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement. If you suspect the package was stolen from your property after delivery, we highly recommend filing a carrier claim or a police report for mail theft.

WHERE IS THE CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS (COA) FOR ZILIS UltraCell CBD & CBG OILS?

Zilis  hires a third party to study each batch of carefully crafted CBD Oil,  CBG Oil, & other health & wellness enhancers. You can find the COA on each CBG or CBD Oil product page below the description, at the bottom.  Each are in PDF form and able to be downloaded. 

DO ANY OF YOUR UltraCell  CBD OR CBG OIL CONTAIN PSYCHOACTIVE INGREDIENTS?

Our products intended for overall health & wellness, not to make people feel high, and there is a trace of THC which is considered psychoactive, making our entire ensemble compliant with US Law. Please see the Certificate of Analysis or "COA" at the end of each CBD or CBG Oil product page. And always check with your physician before using Zilis UltraCell...and for our Pet CBG and CBD lovers, always check with your veterinarian.

IS ZILIS UltraCell BERRY SAFE FOR PETS?

Zilis UltraCell Berry, and Zilis CBG is safe for Pets. it does not contain ingredients, including Xylitol which are harmful to pets. Please check with your veterinarian first and get the proper dosage for your pet before using Zilis UltraCell.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

After verifying your address is valid, your order is shipped after two to three days through the US Post Office with USPS Ground Advantage. Will will not ship package that are to undeliverable addresses or ro UPS Access Points.
