Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment verification. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

For your protection and ours, all orders are subject to a routine verification process before shipment, which may include:

Shipping Restrictions

• We do NOT ship to:  UPS Access Points, FedEx Hold Locations, P.O. Boxes, Commercial Addresses, freight or package forwarding services, or Commercial Drop-off Centers. Damage, Loss, and Transit Responsibility

• Once your order leaves our facility and is accepted by the shipping carrier, risk of loss and responsibility for any damage during transit transfers to the shipper. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen after they have left our possession.
